Why am i the UNLUCKY one?

I bought BEEF AMINOS SUPPLEMENT from iHerbs.com on September 2013 but untill now....

I bought a glove Mid-Year from BB.com also until now tak sampai, worst of all, i order another supplement from BB.com on November 2013 until now still have not arrived...

If product kena tahan, will they send letter or call me? Because so far i didnt get any call from whoever regarding my things kena detained or what or is just really MISSING every-time i order?

Can i just go to the Custom in KLIA and ask them do a checkup on my products or must i wait a call from them or letter?

Need help on this guys thx
