anything hangs after overclocking means that the hardware setting is not stable
overclocking doesnt mean anything if it's not stable to run at least a few light applications. to know how to overclock the right way, kindly read the pinned threads about Fundamental of Overclocking |

Is it possible to lock 4-pipelines off 7300GT DDR3 and try my luck in this thread? LOL!
