Ipad 3 or Iphone 4s, give me the pros and cons

iPhone apps can be installed in iPad, but iPad apps cant be used in iPhone.
iPhone battery runs down very fast compared to iPad when you do a lot 3G internet browsing. iPhone is so small that it is not that nice for reading and web browsing. |
