QUOTE(ciohbu @ Jul 12 2012, 07:38 PM)
nice one flipmode biggrin.gif

but i think it will be hard work to maintain the white sand from green algae... huhuuu
*
i've done this scape before..damn hard to maintain...becoz some fishes like to "decorate" their home...this time have to select fish which will adapt their new home...not "decorate: it...huhu

QUOTE(jctasoga @ Jul 12 2012, 10:24 PM)
not the algae... i'm more worried about the black + white mix... amazonia + white sand mixed.. shrimps like to move it around.. haha
*
yup...cannot put sae/cory/gae/cae in this type of scape...they will ruin it.

@flipmode, I want to make a tank like yours. But I want use soil outside the stone, plant hc or glosso. Inside I want to make a big forest of flame moss. If I follow your stone  placement but make round shape, what should I put inside for flame moss? Since flame moss dont require soil to grow, what to put inside?
*
imho, stitch it to plastic mesh, tied with rock to make it stay at bottom, u can use lava rock under the plastic mesh
