QUOTE(hafiz_tahir @ Jun 26 2012, 11:41 AM) i mean the filter with 6 filteration catridge, connect at tap, is it Reverse Osmosis?... not the filter with single catridge.... filtered water is different thing. example: bio-aura. although in their catalog said it will filter chlorine, i doubt it. but it's a good filtered water anyway.Added on June 26, 2012, 11:42 am you mean aged tap water or aged filtered/RO water? how Rain water? R.O water got less mineral content in it. A good way to avoid algae. learn ur tank needs first before putting in fertilizer. otherwise...... want to jimat? use aged water. store water in pail for 2-3 day. put anti-chlorine/water conditioner in it. try to avoid using it in 24 hours as the anti-chlorine/ water conditioner neutralize chlorine/heavy metal ( |

QUOTE(DecemberRose @ Jul 5 2012, 03:45 AM) Just to confirm, izzit ballast is a starter for the light?i never see it in real for my lighting only google ballast use to regulate the current flow in lamp. it is simple connection actually. from your 3 pin plug to the electronic ballast, then join the pin 1 & 2 of your lamp (or your lamp socket) to the any side you want, 3-4 to the other side to complete the circuit. walla...siap! its not complicated. simple as ABC |

QUOTE(weijie @ Jul 5 2012, 10:33 AM) 108 seems low, but if you are only aiming for simple setup then should be ok ba. i see you put 60-70% area with sand, it would be simple setup for shrimp breeding purpose? At first i want to keep angel fish...but now you make me doubt.. |
