btw...it stinks like hell, smells like vinegar n irritate your eyes too... my mistake last time was using it in my house's kitchen...whole house smells like vinegar after that... lol...

i dunno what will happen if u dose o2 in aquarium, but for human, high o2 can lead to toxicity as well... + other adverse effects...

no idea bro... u can always experiment n show us the result...
edit: instead of doing that, why dont u hook up ur air pump to UPS, air pump wont use that much of power wat, so im guessing it can cover 1 or 2 hrs of power outtage easily.... plus it is less bulky than adding an o2 tank... This post has been edited by kurangak: Jun 3 2012, 03:07 PM |

scuba o2 is mix of nitrogen n o2 if im not mistaken, coz pure o2 n deep sea diving doesnt go together, so maybe u can start reading from there?
nitrogen is quite inert i think... |

Protein skimmer is useless i think in freshwater aquaria...protein skimmer is mainly for saltwater...
Surface skimmer on the other hand, is for freshwater aquaria... I use ut in my aquarium coz my surface always got this oil film n bubbles, n surface skimmer fix this like a charm...now my surface is clear without debris( suicidal bugs/ants) or oil film ... Cons... Ugly like hell...lol... |

im using eheim liberty 200 mated with ista surface skimme (the white coloured one) diameter of the intake pipe of the HOB is ngam2 for the surface skimmer (about 2cm) bought it from EA midvalley

Liberty 200 ard 95? N surface skimmer i think was below 50... Cnt remember, i didnt keep the receipt...
