now i also kena hacked. item i wear was not gone, but all my 500k gold and all my gem and potion all gone
I already tried to attach an authenticator (both pysical and mobile) on 19th May. But both give me the error of "invalid serial number" Then i submit a ticket. they take their sweet time to reply me. And the last reply i got from the is ""Threorith Customer Service Representative Greetings~! First of all, I want to truly thank you for contacting the Blizzard Support Department so we could help with this authenticator! As of now, Your battle.net account does not appear to have any authenticator attached. you should be able to attach a new one on battle.net without our help!  If you have any questions about this or any other issue, feel free to reply directly to this ticket. Regards, Game Master Threorith Customer Services Blizzard Entertainment" WTF? if i had no problems and don't need their help, why would i need to open a ticket??? and now i kena... |
