S beam requires hardware support. Which is the nfc chip. Even with galaxy nexus only can use Android beam, not S beam.

S beam is different from Android beam bcz S beam can transfer much larger files than Android beam. Android beam can transfer small files like contact, Web page and map info etc.

S beam can do more than that, while aneroid beam features still remain.

S beam works by setting up a wifi direct connection via standard nfc contact.hence, able to transfer larger files.

I've tried the face unlock by Samsung in Galaxy S, it's better than stock ICS face unlock (more accurate I think)

Ya meh? i tot the thing is just at the chip only, how come will loss signal?
edit: duno lah cos i never use micro sim~ tot just same thing~ else why some phone will use mirco sim~

Some users have this prob, but some don't. Maybe sth went wrong with the cutting process that damages the chip

Wow! Really like the message customization and effects.

I believe SIII has moved to a whole new level. It provides many new features that other phones do not have right now and it sets a goal that other manufacturers should overcome. Though look of the device isn't great, but isn't the user experience matters? I am excited about SIII and I am getting one.

for me, what s3 lacks is physical camera button and the material they use for their phone casing. The rest are superb
