Never get the idea of building their bodies to musclemen like The Rock. Not to mention some of them failed and become fat men. 

IMO, having a body shape like a swimmer is more than enough and look more balance. I'm still looking for friends to go with me but just not as aggressive as before. I will probably ask and if you want to come, you come. if dunwan then nvm.

Wasted two weeks waiting for my friends to go with me and last last none of them appeared.

luckily im not toward "the rock" ..   
just to build some muscle la cause i was a very skinny type guys .. now have abit muscle look ok abit .. if not kinda nerd .. 

hahahaha ... maybe u can meet some friend at pool too ...
cause always saw the same person in the pool then sometime just say hi .. slowly become swimming friend .. 

sorry to say this, but many malaysians are quite lazy

actually, is it possible for us stay aloft in the middle of swimming pool without touching the ground?

I also heard that fat people can float better than those who are small sized in built like me.

weekdays i stay shah alam, macam nak pergi but no friend kinda malas to go

also i scare lemas  i stop swimming more than 13years edi deswai i scare 

Used to do so much swimming per week 2~3 years back. Now I need to pick up the pace again. Kinda dreading the initial suffer and pain. lmao.

aiyo. I really want to swim again.
It's the only exercise that makes me lose belly fat really fast.
Now im doing consistent walking and some cardio mixed in also cannot lose belly fat that fast in a month!!! :<
