last time just some SA say "might" only... think just to get sales la...

maybe in the future when all VP and occupancy rate much higher and causes jam, then local council might do it... but highly unlikely la, cause its a toll way...
look at the puchong perdana interchange, so jam, can even cause jam in ldp up till PJ... but till now no new interchange for access also...

To have interchange from Elite to Taman Mas area is under MPSepang.. Like you said, need some powerful people to lobby else it will be just a dream. smile.gif

ya the millennia ldp interchange took so long to materialize...if not mistaken more than 8years ady in talks...now only materialize... because the cost must be shared by all the developers....

for taman mas side, for now I think there is new road up until the factory beside the elite highway, sure built by the factory developer for access to the factory... elite highway is just opposite of it but no interchange or whatsoever..

so yup until all becum jam and crammed, and when some developer willing to share the cost...then only the will built.. same time residents must lobby for it lah...

anyway there is a lot empty land along the new road (it shows jalan taman mas beside pp 5/27. frm google map) towards the newly built factories, u can even see D'island clearly... must check mpsj lah if got any plans.... so far no I guez.. the road goes straight into the factories after a brigde and the elite highway is just OPPOSITE!!!.... so all the empty land in future developed by some developer and will to built the interchange then good lah..BUT HOW LONG..... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

see it in google ..i drive until the bridge from taman mas, the road is new and after reach the bridge the guard stopped, and told me, the road just built by developer for the factories access only...

the new road to factory is also just towards taman mas and not elite right?

actually there's interchange from elite to Saujana Putra... if MPSJ or MPSepang can link taman mas to saujana interchange very good already... but these area is boundary of MPSJ and MPSepang, lagi hard to get approvals for projects...

Anyone knows if the "small road" link from LDP before the toll, to Taman mas will be jam during peak hours? Just placed a booking for a unit in D'Aman, I'm not familiar with that area and traffic condition. But I know LDP is always jam.

And anyone know when do we need to pay the SPA stamp duty (MOT) for this property?

I booked it at RM537k, before the 10% discount. I booked the smallest size unit, the 800+ sqft, lvl 18 unit. It comes with built and buy scheme, something like DIBS where I don't need to pay the interest until VP.

Ya, the small road I meant the kampung area. Will it jam during peak hour?

Kampung road from LDP? Are you referring to the one connected to Kampung Seri Aman? Cause the interchange from LDP to Taman Mas area i wouldnt say its a kampung road...

The existing interchange from LDP yes, the one to turn in towards AEON BIG, its very jam during peak hour.... interchange there itself might take you 10-15 minutes...

But they are building new interchange about less than 1km before the current one... nearer to access taman mas also... should be done by 2016... hopefully it will ease the congestion...

Will ask bout the VP date when I sign the SPA later.

Now there's one thing that annoying me. A lawyer firm Mohd Amin & Chin is "assigned" to my case, and according to the SA I couldn't choose other lawyer. Is this true?? I would prefer to have more options so that I can compare the loan legal fee offered.

since the SPA legal fees are absorb by the developer, you do not have a choice... developer have a panel of lawyers which give them better rates for bulk offer, thus they are able to absorb the cost at cheaper price...

maybe you can try to choose among their panels... but i do think they have quota for each panel...

What I meant was that am I able to choose among their panels? As far as I know they have 5 panels.
