Last night I just hit Level 40 and Act 2 NM with my wizzie. Trying out to be ice wizard not too bad.

juz joining the thread:

i got my DVDs pre-ordered. so far, since launch date, i'm a lvl 21 WD, still playing normal mode n juz got into act 2.
got another char DH lvl 6 but not playing that much since there's no gore feelings to it.

i'm way too slow, my friends who pre-ordered as a bulk with me already got 1 char lvl above 55 and 1 more above 25. i'm stuck @ lvl 21 WD.

other than being a person who likes to un-fogged the whole map,i dont have a wife..yet. much less kids. kinda forced married to my job.

Lvl 50 ady at Act 4 Tomorrow can finish kill Diablo then jump to Hell mode. Should be reaching lvl 60 at early act 2 hell

i jus finished Normal difficulty last nite! Super slow!

finished Hell Difficulty Act 1 and barely made it to level 52 as WD. Act 2 gonna be Rebecca Black fun.

I just hit Lvl 48 with my wizard. Act 3 NM now. My running skills are so poor. Keep on dying to Molten, Desecrators or Mortar ability enemies.

do you kite? if you do, beware with vortex enemies. they gonna make your life bad

Once a while will encounter vortex or jailers. Then it's bye-bye.

seeing that me lil bro had issues with elites last time, i had asked in wiz post about this week earlier and they are kind enuf to give advices there... and he managed to improvised to similar build that i had learnt from the posts

so far me bro would just shift+click to shoot off screens (blaardy ranged are oh-pee mang) with seeker missiles, equipped with teleport and still keeps diamond skin for vortex/ jailer encounter...

I thought Mortar you are suppose to get up close and personal? They are specifically intended to counter ranged attack, and it's gonna be even tougher in future patch coz blizzy say it's not effective enough against ranged since people just go even further away (e.g. off-screen).
Molten is ok, as long as you don't move while attacking, then run away before the bomb explode
Desecrators just remember to move two steps every few seconds

sometimes, just sometimes... sh!t really happens when you are facing jail + arcane elites, and few lazarz spawn and block your route...

+1, same technique here.. just that some co-op play draws other elite mobs and combo with wall+molten+vortex+illusionist... I can tank one group of 3 elites but definitely will die if 2 or 3 elite packs come at me
