Monk nerf is only for mantra of healing on level 4x and on. That Boon of Protection.
Other than that I believe monk is unaffected by anything else.

You can check your region on:
Game menu> Options> Account.

If you want to change a region, you have to do it BEFORE you login.
If you already login you need to logout, change it, and login back.

Anyway, by default, it is set to The Americas (NA server).
Unless you change it somehow.

You cannot transfer your chars from different region to another region.
If you want so, you have to play back

fuu...i have to be more careful tanking in nightmare mode... i die instantly when i join someone at act 2...

say only slow levelling ......... .end up also level 54 at Hell mode already. Act I nearly ending.

just finished killing diablo in normal mode.

lol quite acceptable speed I'd say, Just got into act 3 yuhhaur was great help lvling up for a while

Diablo was expected much easier to kill (normal mode) than i thought.

My simple conclusion on the difficulty on boss kill (normal mode):

1. Belial (hard)
2. Diablo
3. Azmadon
4. Butcher (easy)

lol well 2 monks can generate a lot of exp with mobs dying en-masses lol love the vortex skill that sucks in all the mobs do some dmg then u kicked them to death with the roundhouse lol totally cool

Slow leveler. Just hit level 25. Blame it on having a habit of clearing evey fog of war, and jobs, and relationship.

Still, relationship > foreveralone.

solo leveling is good for exploring your skill sets and combinations i think.. learn to know what skills are best for certain situation..

don't understand why some people like to rush 60 and inferno.. die miserably then complain about game mech

its called Epin... u be the 1st to lvl up n finish the game..later replay to enjoy it..

there are many benefits to rushing on a new game...1 u get to exploit bugs and usually ur skills are OP. hence its the best time to do wat u wan..later u can replay with more..."tone down" skills and lvling pace

It gives time for you to explore your own strategy too especially if you kept dying. I pretty much relied on self made weapons in normal mode but now semi poisoned by AH in nightmare
