And I think its right. Football referees should give reasons with video back up of those big decisions he made. Big ones include yellow card, red card, free kick, penalty and disallowed goal. what cha think?

no need to explain.. as a player and manager they should know about this rule.. that's why for manager they have license approved by FIFA.. for spectator, we should learn and learn.. not questioning..

-Pushing an opponent

Or commits (one of) the following offences:
-Holding an opponent
-Spitting at an opponent
-Handling the ball deliberately (except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area).
