That was one poor refereeing decision, though. The goal was perfectly legitimate when USA scored but if they did not, he should have given a penalty because it looks like 3 American players were being held.

There will never be consistency either.

As for fouls, dives, cards, tackles, goals .. if we're going to review every incident, it will take alot of time but yeah, I would just prefer the referee making the call, then reviewing in his report why he thought something was such and such.

I'm all for goal line technology, though.
