Anyone looking to invest in Kuching properties? got a few projects in hand.
i myself have observed the properties market here for few years, this year really alot of houses wana sell off cheap. last year and years before were quite high, now is good time to enter or shop around. |

Up and coming Landed Gated&Guarded project in Kuching (MJC) soon (without the heavy price tag, 6xxK onwards)). Looking at Q4.. wana know more preview info, can ask me.
