hmm.. must be isolated cases. but they still need to check.
i drive flx also, 1st batch. i've also changed the cvt pump as suggested
'for improvement' they said.

as for how hard i've drive it, my most abusive was more than 160 at plus highway from malacca till senawang.. top 180. i've maintained high speed till drop 1 bar fuel and i slow down.

no warning lights etc. the only difference is once i reach home, slow speed got loud whistling sound..

till now i've nvr hv a problem with my flx's engine or cvt

considered isolated if not majority of it having the same problem
but for prevention they should check..

if this is a major problem, proton will already stop selling flx until this problem is rectified and solved

driving fast needs more concentration and good judgement.
speeding more than allowed is illegal but most people still do it
be it at 60kmh limit or 110kmh limit.

what makes driving fast dangerous is when u met a slow moving car and it's too late to brake safely
unless u know to control car at high speed which none will unable to
dont endanger other people's life

tailgating is as serious as speeding too

Kesian proton users...hantar service centre for servicing kene cut throat..hantar bengkel luar void warranty..car got problem SC will kaw-kaw try to fix before asking them to wait for parts and not simply replace it even though still in warranty...hasiihhss..
