U still can adjust the shell slightly smaller and add in additional shell to create more space to display ur collection. For ur infor, each Billy book case i custom it into 12 level which originally only 6 level.

blu3hamm3r, after my shipment of 1/100 italeri came in, i didn't have the luxury of spacing the aircrafts as such. these pictures were prior to the italeris arrival. the display is currently too congested to my liking.

the right side especially saber looks more interesting to me

from ebay average slightly above us$20/model (incl shipping) so yeah, more than double the fac retail price. but i think if you're willing to pay a little bit more (around us$5) you could choose to get the models from amercom-hobby which comes with the magazine Amercom-Hobby

thanks for the link each model is different price, about 17.50€ each... so it will about RM70++ each issue, right? even more if add on shipping cost...

hmm... dunno why ikea didn't come out with glass shelves for their billy series. hemnes tempered glass shelves are only rm10 for a 44x29. anyway, you drilled extra holes above and below the hinges, huh? i kinda wondered why ikea never did, but i supposed it was for installation convenience.

anyway, back to topic... where are the rest of your fac??? looks like 8 models only?

€17.50 is for the big bombers. most of the other giant warplanes €14.00. as for the fac models... only €10.90 la. and no, i don't work for amercom-hobby. hehe. anyway, better to save save save then one shot hantam a dozen or more to save on shipping cost rather than beli sikit-sikit.

Ikea name it as Billy book case mean it made for book storage. Glass shelve cant stand for book load as the length and width of the cabinet is so big. 44x29 inch? Excatly same as ikea shelve sizes? Yup, i use hand drill to drill extra hole in order for me to install the glass holder plug.

su 34 also from amercom? thought only italeri has it in 1/100... but that base (nor the model) look familiar.

according to my dealer it's from a brand called IXO. and this su34 is originally released exclusively for the russian market.

wah... i thot ixo only does model cars. perhaps the su34 was a commissioned commemorative edition/corporate gift?
