just insert the new cd key then u can continue using ur character

click on your starter version there should be a green arrow on the icon.. click on it for upgrade

and one more question to ask do i have to insert the disc everytime i ply ?

u need to create a new character to get the CE stuff then dump it into ur stash

login to us.battle.net and activate your game by validating your key to your account.

there will be a link on where to key in your keys

so which means that even if i purchase the standard set there isnt any disc or dvd ? straight download ?

got 2 version of game. physical DVD set (this also got 2 choice, Standard or Collector Edition) or Digital Download. its pretty much self-explained.

if u buy Boxed Standard Set, u'll get DVD and CDkey printed on card inside. u will install the game from that DVD. if you buy Digital, the CD key will be emailed to you (if i not mistaken). then u have to download the game data. 6GB++
