Kopak 300k repairing on act3 trying new build.
Tried all kind of bolas.

Acid strike pierce through targets.Volatile explosive is kinda meh, any other bola type aoe seem enough.

The dps from imminent doom is really great, but its hard to time gloom to leech life for any bola shot.
Bitter pill have some potential if comboed with nightstalker, but again, really hard to time lifesteal with bola shot, that you just have to chain gloom.
Especially troublesome if the enemy fast+knockback/nightmare as you need to depend on your hatred spender to lifesteal.

I also tried impale.Still think single target skills are for pvp only.Even with vengeance, which gives me almost unlimited hatred, impales still doesnt do the job.
If awareness aoe is like 20 yards like hail of knives might have potential, but I think the aoe is 7 yards which is not enough to reach 2 layers of stacked mobs.

Still dont think I could farm act 3 solo fast enough to make it worth. :/

Bola isnt bad.Its just that the delay ...
Against elite doesnt feel you waste much time, but against white mobs, really stress waiting for the bola to explode.lol
I think its suitable to be used by ppl with low dps than required for the current act since the dmg output is damn high.

You'll always crit for the explosion tick if you use sharpshooter.I never see a white explosion using sharpshooter.
Also a good candidate in a no hatred spender build if you wanna slot in Hot Pursuit.

Mostly an increase in dps if you have emerald on both and both have close dps.
I tried with an average legendary quiver I found before, the dps drop drastically.

For vit, I think around 700-1k is kinda what everyone aims for on any character including dh, and boost it up with some +life% if you need more hp.

No can do.Im currently sitting on only 10k gold haha.
Like I said, really went all out.Previously bid on 1k dps 400loh 170dex+socket bow and failed.

Now trying my luck with 900dps 800loh.

Just spend them.Gold are depreciating every day.
Diablo 2 was one of the most botted game ever, and Diablo 3 is looking to be the same too.

Currently become a bit stable as RMAH for gold just released, but that will soon change.

The hardest part for dps is always the bows with loh.Are you using gas grenades? Those things are insane for loh.
Yesterday tried act 3 with it and I stand in multiple desec pool no prob, and this is without caltrops/shuriken cloud.
Theres crazy stacks of reds and green hp indicators, felt so panic the first time.

My loh only 200 though.I want to amp it up to 800-1k but so damn pricey.
Its a friggin rat race.Gold depreciating every day while gears become more expensive by the minute.

I dont farm act 3 cos I get demotivated every time I bump into fast+nightmare golgor/demonic tremor/axeman, and I think that they spawn every single time I play act 3.Impossibru to tank.

If you have pvp in mind, get 1 hand xbow.Stun lock enemy with lightning bolt.
Also its kinda stupid to pick the best class for loh and not pairing him with the best weapon for loh which is 1hxbow.(second best is dagger)


Just now broke my word and killed diablo without my friend.
I overgeared a long time ago, but just lazy to do it+was waiting for my friend come back from hiatus to do it together.
Damn easy...fast+nightmare+teleport+invul demonic tremor/golgor/axeman 1000 times harder than diablo.

At last! Manage to get this at a reasonable price.

Got it for 40mil..considered ok la since the minimum on AH is twice that, 80mil

This is my 2 posen only, but I think being able to clear more mobs and elite per run is more efficient than repeating short runs over and over again.
For one, you lose 5 stack and your first 5 elite is quite negligible every time.

Than theres the 'roulette' vs 'card draw' theory.
Roulette theory means that its a 1million sided dice.Doesnt matter if you rolled 1millionth time,if you dont get it, you dont get it.
If you are unlucky enough, you could roll the 3 millionth time only you get that 1 side that you want to roll.
Ppl who believe in this theory are usually those who skips white mobs and do quick runs.

Im leaning more towards the card draw theory, that if you get sucky drops frequent enough, youll get a good one for sure.
Also means that killing white mobs might be wasting time, but it also contribute to your 'card draw'.Killing white mobs = drawing out those sucky cards out of your deck.
For me, since I need to skip some elite on act 3, act 2 is the best place to farm.Besides, act 2 Goblins = good hands for 'draw'!
Skipping elites = skipping good hands = frustrating.

In the AMAA itself, the dev said that they even played it with 'no twinking' rule.
Meaning that its highly the 'card draw' rather than 'roulette'.It also comes down to how the dev would play, or want ppl to play.
Do you think that they would do multiple runs over and over again or they farm by clearing an act in 1 sitting?

Some times, its good to put yourself in the dev shoes.

Can...if you skip elite pack sure can...pretty damn easy even I might say.
Elite act 4 is like 100 times harder than Diablo herself.

I guess Im a pretty lucky guy.Just farm act 2 but always got something to sell for 20-30mil every once in a while.

For the argument that skill>gear, you could also say that gearing up is also a skill, as the game is very gear dependent.

Im not against glass cannon, its just that its not optimal for pvp.
If you just want to clear inferno, glass cannon is probably the cheapest route to take.
If you build a balanced dh, you benefit more from others defensive skills.

Vit on boots are really expensive with AR, and the price is multiplied with ms.You have to compromise somewhere in between if you are in a budget.
The perfect end game boots are always gonna be 100mil min, thats just the cruel reality.

I ditched my boots with vit+50AR+dex(no ms) and picked up a Fire Walker with 0vit+dex+70AR+ms+melee red.

I really felt the difference switching from 0ms to 12ms, so I suggest you dont compromise on ms, sure will have culture shock.

Meh...definitely not live.I watched some of his vods before, and he dies in many occasions due to a lot of silly mistakes.
Hes just an average gamer.But I do believe he did this, but just not live part.
