not surprise.. since 90% of the wizards are using it. they cant sit right there seeing too many wiz using the same rune.

Actually u have a lot of options still beside using the SC.
There is many skills out there help u proc more crit like meteor loquefy.. If u lack of AP can use the spectral blade siphoning blade and astral presense for mo AP

I personally try with diamond skin, frostnova/CS, meteor/Liquefy, Energy armor prismatic, spectral blade siphoning blade, passive glass cannon/CM/Astral Presence. Pretty much still soloable but not perma freeze la. Tried on 104. Next patch reduce meteor AP by 10 some more should be viable still for low-mid gear dps wizard.

Maybe if u have a lot of APOC then can sacrifice the astral presence to something else like evocation for faster freeze or cold blooded more damage.

I tried with 105 just now with monster level max level. with my dps it takes about average 6-10 mins to kill an elite depends on the health. got one with 52m hp takes me abt 8 mins if im not mistaken.

I didnt use archon build. Just typical diamond skin/frostnova/metero liquefy/magic weapon/spectral blade. Still can freeze most of the time.

So far there's two types. Increase atk speed in % or increase atk speed in seconds.. This is so far what I know.

Like Echoing of Fury got + 0.2X atk speed per second to weapon. Usually mace weapon gives only 1.2 atk speed but due to the bonus + atk speed in second so it helps to boost the mace until 1.4X atk speed which equals to a normal sword atk speed at 1.40

increase atk speed in % is calculate base on ur weapon atk speed. Let say it's 1.40. U got increase atk speed by 15% (can be sum from ur armor excluding the IAS bonus from weapon). That means
1.40 + (1.40 x 15%) = 1.61 (this will show at ur character detail). U may want to dismiss your enchantress because her skill got IAS as well for more accurate

It took me 6-10 mins to kill an elites in PTR monster level 10. EXP remain the same. After killed 2 then lazy to continue d.

I think can stick back monster level 0 for exp farming.

For some reason i cant post reply on diablo 3 forum. It keep saying "An error has occurred, pls try to log in again" zzzz

can get the zunnimassa boots also. got 12% movement speed + combo set 130 int.

I believe it helps for low dps. But I usually kill elites in archon mode. So never notice much. For normal mobs they die in less than half a sec. So I dont see the poison over 3 secs help.

But I think is not bad for higher monster level. Cause monster level 10 hp is like 50m-60m hp...

Actually it does help. Any skills with damage over time. Something like Meteor Liquefy is doing very well at ticking crits

105 nerf predicted.. 106 wizard needs 2.0 AS minimum i guess XD

Now donno want to upgrade amulet or not.. Next patch can roll lv 63 rings and amulet..

The good echoing fury cost abt 500m is crazy. i only have like 70m now.. Was looking for lifesteal weapon but gonna cost a bomb if wanna upgrade along with dps..

next patch need more atk spd some more.. donno buy what weapon d now..

2 handed just not my cup of tea.. very low atk spd.. i can fall asleep.

Because less ppl play WD.

I think wizard is still fine. Barbarian gears are the worst.
