which elites u avoid ? like what kind of combo elites that is very very hard to kill ?
does resist help a lot ? coz chii got only 250 to all resist, 33k health.
currently chii is in act 3 catapults, but i can't advance to siegebreaker,

just kite them and let hydra+bliz kill em. if u dont mind kiting some normal white mob,
u can replace living lighting with wave of force/rune stun, so u can fight those elites.

with this build, the only elite is skip is the invis snake, where they got like fast+jailer...gg

btw, my ring adds 7k dps alone...so after nerf shud be like 5k ? that is really very sad indeed.

stats:

38 int+socket
49 vit
13% AS
57 all resist
11-22 damage

its not that good....but good enough for me

i only have 3 AS item on me, amulet + 2 ring. Boots / Helm no AS% bonus

so maybe the nerf wont hit so hard on chii...

Ok...Build check

What is the trend now for wiz ?

Chii is still stacking Attack speed as #1 priority for DPS....is that good ?

Currently using 2H 1379 Blue weapon.

have 41k dps (force weapon)
30k hp
600 all resist (prismatic armor 800)
armor 3.7k (energy armor)

btw, force armor or prismatic armor better ?

chii saw DH's goldy crit damage.

so, should wiz go for crit damage too ?
btw, chii is AS dps. with both rings adding 6%, with int/vit/all resist.

chii asking bout dps....tank is not that good, but resist all helps alot

AS dps built better OR crit chance+crit damage better ?

personally i like kiting more.
the 1.5 sec freeze on elite dont seem to help that much
