Ruthless, weapon mastery all is good for my built (especially crit reduce my overpower CD)

But the 3 defensive passive is much needed for me to go thru act 2. If farming, i can remove all 3 passive to replace with all offensive.

Go for magic gear with high resist. Its cheaper compare to rare. I got a few which i am willing to sell off for a 5k each if anyone is interested with them.

u can't change once u hit 60...if not, u will lose ur NV buff each time u change ur skills

100k per item can get you decent all resist gears lol

set ur max buyout to 100k, set all resist to say 50 at the very least, search the item

Useful information especially for my barbarian brothers.

Total damage reduction = (1-(1-damage reduction from armor)*(1-damage reduction from resistance)*(1-damage reduction from block)*(1-damage reduction from dodge)*(1-drx)...

You need more DPS. I'm at Level 56 and my DPS is 10K+ Arcane resistance would be useful because that is what hurts a barbarian most.
