huh? so MY set buyer only can get it on tonight? i thought ppl paying 218 deserve to get it earlier to join the server go live fun smile.gif

Raise a ticket.. so blizzard knows about this. Here is what i have done

I dont think anything will be done. I mean, what can Blizzard do? Take back all the stock from Asiasoft? Stop all business ties with Asiasoft? They wont, as they also need continuous business relationship with Asiasoft. Thats why Asiasoft dare to do what they are doing now. NOBODY can do anything to them. Heck, even consumer will continue to buy from them IF they are the only source of distribution. Thats the irony part.

Having said that, I am pissed myself for their modus operandi.

Actually our local company/shop retailers got stocked in hands since 2 days ago. But blizzard inform them not to release to public until today~ my buddies ald got their copies few days ago with gd pricing frm reliable source. and we were told to stay low profile as not to post in fb or tk picture of the box sets n etc ~ =)

so it is useless to complain to asiasoft as they just following orders frm blizzard itself. nod.gif

pity local retailer lo. their services are good n yet friendly, competitive but then the SEA distributor dism't do a good job ruining their repo n hardwork.

sellers who promised earlier shipment striving hard by giving out options n etc, kudos to those dedicated retailers smile.gif

bought 1 from sg seller, at first the operation of business seems messy but end up my box get delivered faster than some local sellers smile.gif

My friend took holiday today to get the game directly from the shop but turns out that he has to wait until 3pm to get his copy. Luckily I managed to get US version from pbbseller.

I just got mine at 3pm sharp. My retailer also said the same thing and the same kind of threat they received from distributor not to sell before 3pm. This is totally beyond Blizzard rules as Asia is allowed to sell at Monday midnight and in fact Blizz want people to install earlier and to be able to play immediately at 3pm. If you decide to choose Asia server in Taiwan then you can actually play at Monday midnight already. Internet is filled with photos of Asian already completed the normal difficulties and already at level 40.

My best guess is because they want to reserve all available stocks in Malaysia for the priority retailers first. Imagine those that got huge number of stocks like selling 1000++ units in the first day that is BIG MONEY!! This is simple theory. Small fish is lower priority.

Blizz and Valve games in Malaysia have always been dominated by a bunch of gangster and mafia and I believe many people know who they are. I hope it is not the same group of people again playing their own rules. Asiasoft is only first level region distributor, there are 2nd level distributor in Malaysia. And the company is: E-Factory. Call them up and ask them why...

all go complain. everytime asiasoft distribute something, they screw the customers up. can;t let this injustice go by again!!

dude, go and take action instead of sitting back and say "nothing can be done". thats why asiasoft keep getting big games distributing license. u complain them, then the next blizzard game have a higher chance of not letting them spoilt again!

I bought from TSB which is distributed from Asiasoft...no issues arr...I just collected mine...in game now

Got mine sharp at Heroea Tavern.... Good service as always and gives me free gift some more as our clan order quite a lot from them.

As for Asiasoft, nothing to say. They choose to have a late launch and wants everyone to follow them. I complain complain complain and yet no reply whatsoever. So, dont want to make life difficult for my honorable supplier lar.
