now my problem is char no money. so keep doing hell mode bastion keep getting like 10k - 15k every 10 minutes or so.

so if you have 7.4k dps - Hell Mode should be pretty easy for you.

go AH. buy. those 700 onwards kinda knuckle would do. smile.gif

no guarantee reach 7k dps cos depends on your stats.

just changing armor alone, my damage could vary from 6k to nearly 9k.

my weapon has a +48% damage. how does it work in the damage equation?

ehh i didn't ask how dps is calculated, just want to know how that stats affect the damage.

wondering whether the effect is reflected in the damage number.

sure? cos elemental damage is additional, right?

say 6k damage stats with holy weapon will deal more than 6k damage on targets that have disadvantage against holy weapon, right?

but felt it didn't make sense. it's saying element or not, it's dealing same damage.

sorry, my brain is expecting elemental to do more damage on certain creatures, as in other RPG games.

ehhh, not the final 2 words - gold farming. I'll probably just play once in a while if ever I got bored.

have other games to play, refuse to replay same scenario (though diff monsters) just to gain gold. good stuff not cheap. cheap stuff not good. no good stuff no inferno. bleh.

i had my share of fun with monk character though. Act II Normal mode up to Act IV Hell mode was fun. biggrin.gif

btw for the early birds, our time with Nightmare / Hell mode was really tough. Now I see my friends who played slowly and learn about AH, they go through Nightmare mode so easily.

at Hell Mode Act IV most of us are around 58 - 59 already I think. Die many times and all, by the time reach Diablo also 60 already.

your build depends on difficulty level and solo vs party.

a shield could help you a lot in terms of survival.

damage reduced means longer meantime before next heal needed.

my DPS highest also 12k++ only.

when I'm bored, I go to Hell Mode Act III farming. My DPS will change to 6k, HP drop to less than 20k (i think, got too many config to remember) but gold find % is over 200%. biggrin.gif

as of now, I'm around the 2nd type.

manage to get resistance to go above 400, damage reduction above 60%.

HP still less than 30k, DPS around 10k.

however ......... healing still make sense.

i set [1] serenity
[2] for that whirlwind thing. helpful in damaging mobs
[3] 7-sided, when you reach higher level. this one is more of an 'escape' + 'heal' skill. like say when arcane passing through or you're getting hit like silly. just hit this one and you escape, set run to 'stun' so mob get frozen a bit. as you cast it, and have passive set to heal on spirit usage, then it heals. biggrin.gif
[4] heal ....... biggrin.gif very useful when 1, 2, 3 are used and potion still on cooldown.

yeah. as the above - i set everything to heal. all 1 - 2 - 3- 4 and RMB are heal related. LMB attack to restore SP to cast 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - RMB
