AVB is 34 years old.. can he control the players? granted our squad don't have alot of primadona like chelsea.. maybe apart from gerrard and carra. but still the player gonna have hard times to look at him as authoritative  figure.

As i've said, he has already agreed terms with Swansea. But he's yet to sign the contract which was due last Wednesday. So people are speculating that he may have second thoughts. But i think it's more to do with the player waiting to see who Swansea will appoint as a manager before committing.
