liverpool will always stay as one of a big club so we should have no problem attracting players. not specifically big names players but theres still a lot of players want to come and play for LFC. no worries there.
anyway, imho alonso & masch were not really unknown players, they already make a buzz in their respected country and clubs were scouting for them. liverpool and rafa helps them to become well known players.
newcastle scout is doing a good job by finding their strikers. maybe lady luck is on their side at the moment. hoping we will have that kinda luck. also hoping our academy will produces players like god, macca, gerrard, carra and owen in the coming years.

QUOTE(Petre @ May 31 2012, 04:46 PM) good read everywhere about BR's philosophy. strange i never read anything like that about KD. you are being serious? the press was full of praises of roy when he sign with LFC and you know what happened. though i'm no way categorized rogers with roy.. but all the press' praises on rodgers mean shite until he proven himself while KD doesn't need to proves himself to anyone.. at least not to LFC fans. I believe he is yet to officially appointed as manager? But when he does, welcome to LFC, Mr. Rodgers! YNWA
