Pay la.. if its a trap.. you can "basuh" that guy till no hair.. sooner or later have to pay oso.. but it does some fishy.. but the thing is.. His/Her boss probably pushing him since he/she do not have confirm payment yet so how to collect the car.. they oso need to order the car ma.. to register car plate oso need money.. probably do not want to take the risk to pay upfront using his pocket money.. if you pay Downpayment.. can claim from company.. but.. who knows.. never work in the industry

Can he give you the chassis number? Later you pay 10% downpayment, he push a showroom car to you then you hailat. Have you sign any loan agreement??

Bro FenomX, i mentioned this last few days already. My SA told me. He's being honest to me. He said if the company don't have enough money they will have to wait for the bank loan to approved and get the money from bank and use that money to get the car from Proton.

Proton will only give to branch or dealers who have paid deposit for the car only. I believe the issue of late delivery is not because of the production line etc etc but because of this. Its a shame that some of you guys here suffer in waiting and haven't got the car yet.

As for the showroom car, im not so sure. I believe all showroom car should be manufactured before the launching date and thus the chassis no could be below 500 or something. Not so sure. Need Proton to clarify this. And one more thing, there are not many showroom car around. The most i saw in a showroom is two units. Even big showroom like PE Glenmarie have only 1 showroom car.

As for the d/p, i agree with that. No SA should force us to pay the d/p before the car arrive at the branch and ready for handover to the new owner.

Please also take note that whenever Bank has sent LOU to dealer/SA, make sure your SA get a chassis no after the buyer agrees to take the bank loan. SA should lock the order from Proton and PRoton will provide the chassis no. No chassis no, don't sign the HP agreement.

Lets all learn from other peoples experience. I consider myself as lucky to get the car a week after booking. Just to share something here. IF anyone wants my SA contact number please PM me. I will be gladly recommend you to him.

i paid my D/P few days later after signin my loan agreement. shouldnt be a prob coz d car was ready pending loan sanction plus number plate.

When you collect delivery of your car. Or at least the car has arrived at the dealership with a chassis number that matches your loan agreement, and only awaiting registration.

3. My USB port are not working.

Today manage to solve my usb port problem, the wire behind the usb port is loose. Took out the plastic cover from below the the central dashboard or beside the glove box n use my hand n just push the back usb terminal n walah is working, rather than sending to sc n nothing is done n ask to come back some other day n bla bla....

Yes bro, may be this is the reason that my car fuel consumption is high....
