my sa offer blue lagoon intead of white..i just agree and went to bank and sign the papers...i saw the chasis..26xx..usually how long can i get the car?

1-if let say i got this number wwt 9xxx, now the running number is 2xxx, do i need to wait until it reaches 9xxx to be able to egister at JPJ?or straight away can reg?
2-if let say i want previous series..one of the popular numbers (as stated in JPJ web) eg wwr/wwq xxx/xxxx....how do i proced ?
3-usually if tendered number, usually how much the money need to put to win..?

1-how to fix the wind noise from C pillar guys..?it apear at 80-100 km/hr
2-my push start button -the indicator light not there .no red or green light coming out while starting, is i norml?

*my sa sent the car for polish..but noted some spoil in thepaint athe rear bumper (about 4 cm line)...the polish guy say so sorry..he offer me 2 option to masukan dlm begkel and repaint the bumper or gave me rm 400 free 3 steps treatment at his shop and 1 yer free mebership..aihh
