Ok, I will download it first.. After flashing xxlby (is this prerooted German?) using pc Odin, then, flash the rocket rom v1 with mobile Odin? Can the lite version do the job? Or we must have pro?

Actually its like this, i flashed the pre root german rom, and i flashed the wrong cf kernel (lc1) then i stuck at samsung galaxy note n7000,then i managed to flas the correct cf kernel (lpy) now i have triangle during my startup, noobi3 asked me to boot into recovery to do 3 wipes..

Is there any over clock kernel out there for ICS yet?

Oh yeah, BTW I've been using AnTuTu Battery Saver Pro for the pas 36 hours and first impressions are quite good.

Can't go into details now as I've not been using it long enough, but definitely notice some difference in battery life.

I asked you to do 3wipes cuz u boot up with the wrong kernel just now . 2 avoid getting another loop , just do the 3 wipes .

That is abnormal. Even mine with  WiFi off but 3G always on , background actively updating yahoo mails, gmails, some newsfeed my battery drop is most 3-4 % only. If 3g/WiFi off usually it should drop most 1-2 % only
Check using betterbatterystats what is waking up your phone. Also use CPUspy to see when phone is idle not active, how much deepsleep mode is it on
Example lastnight mine over 7+ close to 8 hours,  deepsleep is 90% and over this 7-8 hour period , I was using browser 17 % of the time in the beginning , yet my deepsleep can hit 90 %. If I leave it completely idle my ddep sleep will usually hit up to 95-98 %
And I don't use setcpu anymore in ICS rom. Only Juice Defender Ultimate as a battery usage control aid
