Checked, for facebook, refresh every hour, I already put it to 'Never', but still the most it will automatically refresh for 6 times only in 6 hours. Shouldn't consume 9% power per hour. And also it was the same setting yesterday that only drop 1% for 6 hours of standby.

Btw, the facebook app will always running in background right? even after you have disable everything?

quite obvious especially during night time, hardly to see that in the morning.

you could test it by using the the calc apps..
if you seeing the big ring, then it is not ok



this black pixelation issue oso observed in wallpaper, video ...
many ppl claimed that it is just rom/software setting and could be adjusted using apps ..

Added on May 15, 2012, 10:00 ambtw, my apex launcher always FC in criskelo v3. anyone facing the same issue? doubting dat restoring my settings and layouts from older version's backup is the culprit.

woops. mistaken smtg d. sry. but then i dun think the pixelated thing is permanent. i notice the pixel issue in stunner 19.1 with the default stunner wallpaper. the black color at btm is pixelated. but when i flash to 26.1, the problem gone. now with criskelo v3 i din notice the problem also.

not background image laa..it should be smooth gradient. if watch dark scene in video also got this problem, but when maxed the brightness, the problem lessen

are you on stock rom GB? If that is ur current rom, u try to install the betterbatterystats, then, try to see if GPS wakelock is high in %. Check also cpyspy, if your phone is in deep sleep.

If you notice your phone mostly in 200mhz, then, something is running behind. For the GPS wakelock, the easiest way is to enable GPS and then, launch any gps related apps like facebook. wait for the GPS upper part to blink and stop, then u exit the program. By now, when u press sleep, your phone should go deep sleep.

With all the notification running, it should not take 46% in deep sleep mode over 6 hrs.

my apex never fc ..i also restore the setting and layout from my older version...

I am using Nova instead of Apex and don't have any problems. I also restored from TB after flashing Criskelo V3.
Maybe try a clear data and re-do your Apex Launcher settings/widgets etc.

added : or you can try to clear data first - then restore data only from TB to try. If problem still persists, may have to setup Apex from scratch.

hmm... still having AudioOut_1 wakelocks, i wonder if turning the touch sounds off will solve the problem? i did turn off lock screen sound off before...

Apex usual bug. That is why I prefer nova

Try slanting it slightly on the left or right (or up / down slightly) to make sure your screen is 90 degrees perpendicular to your eyes. Privacy SP is meant to make reading from the sides at the angle difficult or non existent to avoid peering eyes from kay pooh people.

Strange. Why were you not able to play mkv files in the past? I think Note users always had the ability to play mkv files in the first place. I usually play mine streamed on my home network. I don't copy the movies into my Note.
