bkt putus today was wet. i reached about noon to see the ending but found workmen cleaning landslide instead. don't think anyone drove there considering the high number of leaves i saw on the road today. i think they closed the road in the morning. i really need to change tyres already; was understeering on the way up. downhill, i went real slow.

depends on the type of straight flow i guess. mine is a bit louder than normal but bearable. when the mood strikes you it is intoxicating. yes, it does improve the acceleration but not sure for top speed. i have a 4-2-1 in front and a straight flow behind. de-cat oredi.

i agree the gb is notchy. hard to masuk 1st especially when slowing down and the traffic light suddenly turn green. susah nak masuk 1st tapi 2nd tak cukup torque. dunno if forcing it will spoil the linkage. tried my friend's persona iafm and the gb is super smooth.

bro, what is this smooth shift that you pasang? how much? my gear is notchy from N to 1 (when during very slow rolling speed) and from 1 to 2. if it is good, maybe i get it also.

2 weeks ago i was there with half dead tyres. understeer everywhere! u need good tyres for this place especially if the road is damp or wet.

anyone notice that some of those old but modified ke70 can really drag!! my 2nd n 3rd gear lost to one. only when i hit 4th can take that guy. 4th redline at 6.5k pushing 160kph oredi. but we waved at each other after the friendly drag. from outside, it really look teruk. even the exhaust piping looked terrible. not smooth at all but that guy can really run!

when i went for a test drive, i experienced the same stuff. but the side mirrors will unfold automatically when the car moves from stationary. i didn't like the square/rectangle ice console though. looks like not much thought put into the design. i guess the noise you heard can be attributed to the transmission and i heard the same thing as well. but rolling acceleration is pretty good. i did till about 160kph.

to me, overall design loses out to the tuah concept car. personally, i find the front is too wide with a wider than normal front grille, and the rear is just too stumpy and short for a sedan. imho, the waja, gen2 and persona are the best proton efforts... except for interior ergonomics lah.
