QUOTE(propertybbb @ Feb 10 2016, 07:32 PM) Seems like now every project we ll take about Black tenant. Ppls here make it like PH is the only tenant we as investors can rent to. It is either you are new to the rental market or you are not looking in this matter deeply enough.. Go and survey other property and you will get the idea. WI dididn't mention the PH is the only tennat, but they are the tenant which usually owner can get higher rental from. Please get this right. Owner can choose to target on locals, but I can tell you that the rental you might get usually much lower.

QUOTE(pchan84 @ Feb 13 2016, 02:17 AM) Fyi, Skypod management do not allow Africans. Since when? Wait till you see PH cane in, you will regret what you mentioned this statement.. Now owner just look for higher rental income, PH or not, not important to them. These owner not staying there, why care?

QUOTE(bigman @ Feb 13 2016, 04:30 PM) project which is too many for investment purpose really jialat now.... need to bring PH and ME to rescue..... but is better than some projects which PH also dun wan to move in.... A lot of Malaysian actually already own place to stay, I would say at least 70% buy for investment. Even now landed also targeted for investment.

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Feb 13 2016, 04:37 PM) True also. Some owner may only left 2 options. Rent to ph or go bankrupt. No lar, got another options; 1) hold until face green green 2) rent at lower rental to locals, might end up sublet by tenant to PH.

QUOTE(honkkydorry @ Feb 29 2016, 02:55 PM) It seems to me that many Skypod investors have no holding power and therefore rent out at cheap rates due to desperation. Do you think Malaysian today got higher expenses power to rent a condo at high price? With the economy uncertain and a lot of layoff here and there, I think Malaysian is looking to cut expenses rather than pay higher rental... Look for PH la if wanna get higher rental, locals a bit difficult.

Lolz... For investor, I guess they all no mind where the location is. As long as it is a good buy.. So, nothing wrong when someone suggest 50 km away for investment. Cheers bros..
