you sure? cos yesterday she told me that that the management has just decided (that day itself) to take booking from repeat buyers only. And when I looked at the table, mostly (90+%) is in Tower 1...
Maybe today, the management decided to change strategy....

IOI damn lousy, different SA gives different info one. But I like to believe the SA I spoke to is more correct lar, S&P in 14 days for Tower 2 only. Tower 1 is closed, nothing can be said about it now.

For Tower 2, the 881sf, there are 2 types. Type C & C2. Limited units of type C. Type C2 (4 units per floor) is corner unit while type C (2 units per floor) is intermediate.
Basically more type D than type C and C2 combined

881 square fit is ideal for small family, who likes the location
i think the location is very convient
and will have rental demand
