If Sunway is ok with you, try Kim Heng Tyre Service (a corner shop with Michelin board) as you go pass the road along Sunway Medical Centre. They might not be the cheapest but I highly recommend their workmanship.

My tires for an odd reason is quite difficult to balance after so many different shops failed to do it right but Kim Heng got it right the first time.
