If Sunway is ok with you, try Kim Heng Tyre Service (a corner shop with Michelin board) as you go pass the road along Sunway Medical Centre. They might not be the cheapest but I highly recommend their workmanship.

My tires for an odd reason is quite difficult to balance after so many different shops failed to do it right but Kim Heng got it right the first time. smile.gif

agree...i used to send my car to this workshop for service and tires.. pay a lil more..but good service..

as for other shops, mostly in PJ are around the same price or thereabouts... if u really want cheap ur gonna have to travel to rawang or klang...or u can go to ah kit in shah alam (search for ah kit in mudah.my)

Hello, it's a Michelin 180/60/R14 XM2 tyre at RM200. They provide the warranty card as well. I guessed this shop and Teck Ming are good, else you may want to try Hup Sun@SS3. I know there is one Hup Sun at Sunway but I have never been there before.

You may want to try out Hup Sun SS3. Yesterday I changed another round of Tyre for my Honda, size 215/60/R16 Michlilin XM2 for RM420 each. Reasonable price and good service.

What would be effect of changing from 225/45R17 to 225/55R17. Want to keep to the original 17"rim cos they look good. Low profiles are rather uncomfortable so want to change. Am willing to compromise on handling.
