when u plug in, doest it says connected or something like GB last time..?..coz my usb otg cable..once i connect the usb, the blue light on the otg cable off..hmm..

maybe later update to paranoid 1.1..how's your experience so far with 1.1 compare with 1.0?..any major bugs found?

If using samsung based rom, is it safe to flash gapps zip that are meant for aokp aosp?

Kies i think most have issue with that. For the other 2 problems, have you consider or try factory reset.

Very impressive the last time i tried it and that was the FIRST release, now its the third release and source code are being used to the fullest. Now using our source code, its smooth as butter... the gpu of G is weaker then non G mali400,
but it is by no means bad. nexus using the same sgx540 also.

if ICS made G stable and no random hang issue, then can consider it on par with non G version.

now i using non G one, on ICS, notice when app force close, still will freeze more than 5 seconds only response back.
so annoying. happen 4 times already, once is browser, the other 3 times is hancent sms. haiz...

in GB i use rom toolbox to keep it at 1GHz.
i dont like it to go up to 1.2GHz cos dun like it to be that hot.

in ICS rom toolbox seems not working anymore.
i set max to 1GHz, but it can go up to 1.2GHz

try toggle it, maybe one of the mode can connect.

but seriously what do you use kies for?
for backup? its reliability is low, sometimes will fail to restore.
to transfer file? got MTP and usb mass storage mode.

what is the purpose of KIES anyway?

so basically i see what u all posted here, and i went to setting->about phone-> software update for the past few days...no ICS update available...but just now there is a firmware update to i9100GDZKL3 but still dont have ICS...you all said that what connect to kies and will have pop up update to ICS...but it will never happen to me

i connect kies through WiFi...is this correct? or need to use USB and update manually? if yes, how???

cannot. tried already. i suspect is juice defender problem. coz just now my phone batt kinda low then i turn on juice defender. it automatically help me to turn of my data network etc when i lock my phone. after that, i cannot recieve calls, etc already even i restart my phone and delete off the app.

yes imei number is displayed. but network unknown, mobile network type unknown, service state, out of service, mobile network state disconnected. how?
