This is my noob suggestion:

1) Make sure you have update every patch and try it again.

2) Google/Find xbox360 controller key mapper. Map the keys into your keyboard.

3) Get/borrow a normal keyboard, not another multimedia keyboard.

There is another shopping mall which have at least 8-6 link ssf4 cabinet but i've forgotten d. Quite clean/bright, not under TKA if i'm right.
They says only newbies goes there to train or something.

Singapore has too many good shopping malls. It's like they have at least 5-6 mid valley size/quality malls o.o!
