Disagree with u, bro.

You have never lived in Perlis, have you? The whole state is situated on limestone geology, hard water is a fact of life there.

I'm using this type, does the job pretty well.

Replace filter every 2 months

In my opinion, much more cheaper and easy to replace/repair if leak

My condo has this filter at POE and another at the master bedroom's bathroom water heater.

Both get filthy at the same time after just 2 months. Even the bathroom one also. And there are only two people living in my unit (my water bill is always RM9 every month).

At that rate... if I install a fancy thousand ringgit membrane filter at POE, will I have to cough up for new membrane every year? Or will a reverse-flush type help me use it for longer before replacing?
