This is something everyone should understand. If the amount is too small to earn, most of the contractor will rather don't do it if their work involve too many arrangements.

Some big company charge mobilization cost for small and medium job. I remember asking another vendor who did ikea parking flooring to quote my house parking porch. Labor and material is reasonable but mobilization is another 50% cost. Because they have minimal of 10k sqft before remove this cost. Scarry.
