You like several XDA users has basically lost root or the root is unstable
Download from market superuser and try again. Can you update the binary files of SU - launch the app , it will prompt you. If you can , no need to download superuser
If all still fail, reflash rom using Mobile Odin Pro

it still the same coz i've re flashed twice using mobile odin pro..and the problem still exist!!.. doh.gif

so that means i had to avoid using the cwm apps and cwm recovery? i read about the chainfire warnings about deleting large file, if i want to delete about 1-3gb file size is safe(1 file = 1-3gb)?
*
I have been regularly deleting files up to 2 Gb - do not faced any issues at all. Again , take this warning as a guide only. If you worry too much over it , don't even bother to use CWM recovery and do not even delete any big file sizes !!

Yes you can - but you have to bear the risk of hard bricking your phone . As this rom is similar base to Cyanogen 9 ( some guy already hard brick flashing it ontop Cyanogen9) and on a "unsafe " kernel LP5

You mean you reflash the German ICS rom twice using Mobile Odin ? If so, looks like you have to reflash your GB rom again and start fresh again

can go through the safest, lowest risk way to flash just the LPY kernel only? thanks very much.

Choice up to you which method to use. If Odin in PC - flash any of those prerooted rom
Wiping data - up to you. I always choose to wipe data when flashing a major change in rom. Afterall restoring back apps/data with Titanium just take another 15 mins only

It is NOT the method that is in question . Anyway you can only flash this LPY kernel using Mobile Odin
It is the kernel that is questionable - how safe it is

Do it in recovery mode - select wipe data/factory reset
or Do a factory reset at settings/privacy
Or in Mobile odin Pro - select wipe data

Seriously I am now impressed with you daring to flash roms without even knowing these basics

if you don't do anything with the CWM recovery, I think you're still safe even with the LPY kernel.
Benny, is that right?
*
QUOTE(benny888 @ May 12 2012, 12:30 AM)
YES perfectly safe if you do not use the CWM recovery. Same goes to other ICS roms based on the LP5/LP6 kernels too
*
mayb just my worries... and one weird thing is... almost 20 of my videos in my internal memory suddenly went missing for no reason

Yea, thanks for the confirmation. Finally flash to official ICS w/o any problem.

But in previous posts, i found out a lot of users facing some lag using this rom, how come mine like no problem one?
