Should I roll back to GB now using Nandroid backup and wait for official ICS hmm.gif How to do a proper clean format?Clean format as in wipe everything including all the folders for the apps and the apps itself?Clean as it when I've juz bought it

delete everything inside:
\sdcard

why would u want to do that? just full wipe(factory reset) is enough. This is not PC bro.

-format ur sd card
-run to download mode
-flash using odin
-all done fresh from shop u bought this beast thumbup.gif

Full wipe aka factory reset dont clean it enough.Some folders still lurk in the internal sd card.Last time when I did wipe data/factory reset in CWM,all my songs and pictures still inside the internal SD card while I wan all of them to be deleted.
