Whats a horrible service and yet many buyer chassing after Asus product. Asus really know how to get people heart but didn't really take care of them.
The only way to improve their service if and only if their business are seriously affected by their poor service imo. So, the choice is still with us.
Unfortunately, their sales still doing very well eventhough their service are unsatisfactory . So, who to blame ah???

Oh Asus! Look like u willing to spend money on design to poison people kau-kau, instead of "wasting money" to boost up the service.
u lost one customer as I wont get poison by ur sweet and suffer later on when mobo breakdown.
