I agree. Asus is making great and durable notebook and I never have any problem with my asus laptops (to be precise, 5 of them). I also observed all my friends who got asus notebook and all of them are happy users. It is very unfortunate to get a problematic asus. Half of the time, its user's fault. The best thing about asus is it gives two years warranty, indicating that their notebooks are reliable. dont let the bad experience haunt you. have more confident with Asus.
