My S400CA also got problem, still under warranty. Took it back to All-IT Ikano since August until now, no news. All IT told me it's RAM problem, and since it's soldered to the MOBO, need to replace whole MOBO. I asked them for options but no news from ASUS.
Decided to collect back my laptop and go to ASUS directly. Now i found the one in Lowyat only opens on weekdays?
What about the one in Digital Mall Section 14? Are they open on weekends? I didn't know there was one in PJ as the list I saw at All-IT only listed 2 centers in Low Yat Plaza.
