that why i only provide toshiba laptop to my customer...fast..clear...nice support...normal in between 1-2 week...depends ur problem..and its near my place too...no need let customer wait for long time,and i can solve warranty issue fast..
For me..toshiba will my first intro to my customer..
sorry asus,msi,hp and dell....i hate to deal with u all...for the sucks support after sales...

last time my customer bought a dell pc..that dvd-rw seem got some problem...so i call that dell support and they say will send a technical come to my office to exchange it...and..they send a funny guy coming and dunno anything...he dunno how to take out that dvd-rw from that pc..and for my other customer,dell laptop..send in almost 1 month but finaly call and shoot every day...1 1/2 month get back...and...same problem come out agains..so for me,i saw their profesional support..i already scare for that..no dare to intro to my customer...seem it will getting many problem to me and my company.
