My family have been using Asus laptop for over 8 years now. I understand a lot of frustration that a lot of people here face and I believe that Asus Malaysia have actually 'refreshed' the management team several times in the past 3-4 years.
I guess one of the major problems faced by them was the problems that were left there from the old management and they do not have the right person who have been able to tackle the problems correctly. But so far, I have not receive any problems from their service *touch wood*. Have sent in 2-3 laptops for my own family for several reasons such as changing screen and laptop casing *my sister dropped the new laptop* and having them do a warranty on a hinge problem *old A Series if I recall correctly*. Response were swift and professional. Guess I was just lucky?
