Just email your complain to ASUS TW. confirm tomorrow you will get phone call from ASUS MY regarding your case. I'm doing this since 4 months no news from them even though every 2 days I'll call SC for status.
At last, they replace me with a new one [NOT REALLY OUT OF BOX, maybe display item since got scratched ]
