Aiya...what to complain. In malaysia, all services sucks. If you want good service, only one choice. DELL.

Am i late to the party? Yeah, i hate ASUS too...their SC is hopeless. I am gonna buy a new lappy soon, 100% won't be ASUS, I even have problems with warranty on their mobos, wasting my time.

DO NOT BUY ASUS. (at least the laptop).

What's the use of specs if it breaks down and no service, no parts and makes you wait for months on end with no solution??

Don't blame Dell. Most brand carries majority intel laptops. Intel is simply better.

Standard SOP. Minimum 1 month if you're lucky. Good luck....

If it's software problem, you should have just fix it yourself or find some friends who can do it....

Buy DELL, LENOVO or HP for good warranty because these brands supports business, not only consumers.
