Those impacted need to put in problem / inconvenience letter to ASUS HQ and make major noise about it.
SO far, Dell on-site support had been the best in Msia.
Enquiries/Recommendations ASUS BAD WARRANTY SERVICE, DO NOT BUY ASUS!!

Malaysian Customer Service, always takes us for granted, unlike their international counterpart!
