Erm well, your case considered quite "fast" for Asus CS already. As I've heard some other guy's case dragged 6 months, then he got fed up waiting, told the CS he dont need the repair already and want the unit to be sent back. But still they kept him waiting until 7th or 8th month he go to the service centre and scolded them when I'm at the scene.
Anyway back to your case, keep following up with them via phone / email to the CS directly. Enquiry email will not work AT ALL from their Asus Malaysia website. Because all they do, is copy paste same email over and over again, but never fulfill.

i send my laptop before to asus at lowyat plaza. waiting for 2 weeks. after take back the laptop, they still didnt fix the problem. so on 30th july i send back my laptop to emaintenance. they said they need around 2 weeks to fix it bcoz need to order first the faulty part. after 2 weeks, they said item still havent arrive. everytime call them, they will reply with same answer. so on 11th september i called them again. they said they will replace new unit for me which will take another 2 weeks for that. today i called them they said still havent get approval from asus taiwan. dehel mang.
